When you use the project configurator, contact form, or create an account, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, company details, and the project requirements you describe. We do not collect payment card details on this platform.

How we use it

We use your information to generate project estimates and quotations, respond to enquiries, manage your client account, and send transactional emails related to your project (quotation delivery, status updates). We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention

Quotations and associated configuration data are retained for your project history and are not deleted automatically, as they form part of our business records. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

Cookies

We use a session/authentication cookie to keep you signed in, and a local-storage preference to remember your light/dark theme choice. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
