Overview

A dealership website that does more than display cars: it becomes a digital sales and vehicle-import system that supports the business from the moment a customer says what car they want until the vehicle is delivered. Currently in design and early build.

Problem

A dealership's website was only a showroom, with no way to capture an import request and follow it through to delivery.

Solution

A request-to-delivery workflow: capture the customer's request, find and quote a vehicle, track purchase, shipping, arrival, clearing and delivery, show customers only the progress that is safe to share, and optionally move imported vehicles into showroom inventory.

Engineering Case Study

Approach: Built around the dealer's real workflow rather than a demo: every feature must help answer what the customer wants, what was found, what it will cost, what was agreed, where the vehicle is now and what happens next.

Architecture: An ASP.NET Core web application with lead generation, quotation, import management, customer tracking and inventory as distinct parts of one workflow.

Features: Import request capture, quotation and customer response, import tracking (purchase, shipping, arrival, clearing, delivery), customer-visible progress updates and showroom inventory.

Outcome: In design and early build.
